From breakfast to brunch, to afternoon tea and dinner, The Montagu offers a British menu featuring locally sourced fare. The Montagu Kitchen’s most loved dishes include Dingley Dell pork belly, served with apple cider, red chicory and textures and temperatures of Kent apple juice. For dessert, our favourite is the kentish rhubarb and rose trifle served with kentish creme fraiche.
