The Royal Set Menu
Executive Chef Mark Sainsbury and his team have designed a bespoke menu inspired by the couple. The carefully crafted dishes are a fusion of British and American cuisines including White Asparagus Soup with Saffron Rouille and Beef Medallion with Sous Vide Lobster and Potato Purée.
Starting from £40 for 2 courses and £50 for 3, the menu is available throughout May, excluding 19th - 20th May and every Sunday for lunch.
The Royal Bottomless Brunch
Over the wedding weekend, 19th - 20th May, indulge like royalty with our Royal Bottomless Pommery Brunch. Starting at £55 per person, guests will be able to feast on an outstanding selection of entrees including Sea food selection/Charcuterie/ Farm house Cheeses/ / Pates and many more, followed by a wide choice of mains including a live carving station with 2 traditional roasts, fresh fish and sumptuous desserts with freshly cut seasonal fruits .
Top up the celebrations with free-flowing Pommery Champagne at £85 p.p.
Exclusively available on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 May from 12.30pm to 3pm.
