2 MICHELIN STAR FESTIVAL OF FLAVOURS - 9 NOV
For one night only, London will welcome its 10th 2 Michelin star restaurant at The Montagu on Thursday 9 November.
Following on from The Montagu's successful Michelin star pop-up in June, we are stepping things up a star, with Two Michelin star Chef Christian Sinicropi, from the "jewel" of the French Riviera, restaurant La Palme d'Or at Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez. During the evening, each dish will perfectly tie together the creative worlds of gastronomy & the arts to truly celebrate the finest cuisine that promises to "put our senses on red alert and bring out our primal instinct for true taste".
The evening will begin with a Champagne & Sinicropi Canape welcome at 7PM, when guests will have a chance to meet Christian Sinicropi. At 7.30PM guests will take their seats and be treated to an exquisite four course 2 Michelin star dining experience, paired wines & finally coffees to finish from Difference Coffee Co.

With the launch of the hotel's 7th collaboration with Saatchi Gallery, Executive Chef Mark Sainsbury & his team have crafted an eye-catching limited edition themed Saatchi 'Beneath The Colour' Menu inspired by the hotel's brand new 'Beneath the Colour' exhibition and iconic Saatchi Suite and bursting with the the most vibrant of colours, textures and flavours, to bring London to life this autumn!
From Cured British Isles Salmon & Poached Lobster brought to life with a bright Pea, Edamame & Fresh Horseradish Puree, to Seared West Country Lamb Loin & Braised Shoulder accompanied by a vibrant array of Baby Vegetables. For the sweet tooth, our Pastry Chef has crafted the prettiest dessert trio (pictured) - Local Raspberry Lemon Thyme Mousse, Damson Sorbet & Blueberry Almond Slice.
